[GeoNode-users] Initial GeoNode account...

Hi all

I have managed to install GeoNode 2.6 successfully on a clean Azure W2016
VM.  I can log into Geoserver and can see the GeoNode homepage with sample
datasets.  Admittedly the installer is not quite 100% there, I had to
manually add most the environment variables.

Question I have is how do you set up the initial GeoNode admin user
account, as it isn't covered as part of the install, and the Windows Binary
Installer instructions don't cover it either.  I am guessing it is a
command line process?
