[GeoNode-users] Data Issue When assessing GeoNode IP address

Hi, this looks like a misconfiguration, in particular I see two issues:

- the web server is not correctly configured to serve the thumbnails or the
thumbnails are not generated correctly
- the permissions issue is probably due to the fact that geoserver cannot
reach GeoNode to ask for authorization (and this could also be the reason
of the issue 1)

Check the geoserver's logs to see if there are auth issues and in case fix
the geoserver configuration
