[GeoNode-users] backup and restore data from 2.4 to 2.6

Dear,
which is the best way (or please indicate link to documentation) to 
backup data (layers and style, maps and style, users, groups, few 
documents, etc) from geonode 2.4 istance on ubuntu 14.04 lts server to 
geonode 2.6 (new installation) on ubuntu 16.04 lts server?
