Dear Francesco,
there is some ongoing work on this topic from our side.

We are working both on QGIS side in order to fix SLD exporter issues (of
course it won't be possible to replicate exactly *all* the QGIS style
features, but at least it will be possible to replicate most of them) and
on GeoNode side by trying to:

1. Fix an issue with GeoNode replacing the content of the attached SLD file
with the a default one
2. Implement on GeoNode a functionality to allow users to upload SLDs from
the Layer Editor GUI

Currently, the easiest way to do it is:

a) Upload the Layer as is; this will create on GeoServer a Style named
exactly equal to the filename
b) Go to GeoServer Admin > Styles and replace the style with the correct
one by uploading it

*NOTICE: **You need GeoServer administrator rights in order to access this
page.*
