[GeoNode-users] Grunt build on 2.4

That´s exactly what I´m doing see: https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode/issues/3057 <https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode/issues/3057>
Thus I need the grunt task to keep everything tidy and create the PR.

As said everything is fine except that my build ends in to many files (compared to 2.4 master)
