[GeoNode-users] Change the welcome page to a pre saved MAP

The quick-and-dirty solutions can be two:

1. The easiest one is to modify the HTML template by adding a meta
redirect, something like

{% block extra_head %}
  <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; url=/maps/60/view" />
{% endblock %}

WARNING: not tested!

2. The little-more Pythonic way could be to change the geonode/urls.py to
either render a new template or render a "view.py" method actually doing
the redirect, something like

from django.http import HttpResponseRedirect

def my_inex(request):
   return HttpResponseRedirect("/path/")

WARNING: not tested!

P.S.: you can also use some shortcuts to "revers" the "maps" endpoint
