[GeoNode-users] How do I install Geonode 2.6.3 on Ubuntu 16.04 or 18.04?

I'm running into a quite similar issue here - tying to install Geonode 2.8
on Ubuntu 16.04 - following the online tutorial. It could be the provided
URL is not reachable or incorrect configs in local_settings.py file.
