[GeoNode-users] add more workspace in upload layers

Hi Handy,

I believe this option is not actually handled by the current code and also
it would challenge part of the authorization strategy. I mean your request
seems to fit into a one-to-one relationship with a workspace which at some
point is not so obvious because it would limit the user scope. If you want
to hack the functionality I would suggest to start with a custom
geonode-project because from a project's perspective this would mean to
change the authorization model putting in place the workspace's concept
into that.
