[GeoNode-users] add more workspace in upload layers

update:
I dont need to make new workspace either change the layer preview to leaflet. 
just change the info format to text/html and move the content.ftl to geonode_data folder all my problem have been solved
thanks to Tony and Muhammad for the kind help and give me some clue to solve this problem
