[GeoNode-users] Permissions - Cannot download layers

Dear all,

I'm still struggling with the permission system (again).
I have migrated several layers from an old version into a GeoNode 2.10. I
have launched the updatelayers and sync_geonode_layers commands but for all
these layers I have the "Request Download" button instead of the "Download
Layer" button.

The problem is that my user is administrator and "Anyone" is flagged for
"Who can download this layer?" in the permission modal.

Could you suggest how to fix this issue?

Please note that some commands mentioned in the docs such as
set_layer_permissions are not available in my 2.10 version.

If I upload a new layer everything is fine.
