[GeoNode-users] Customize the Categories on a Genode 2.8 installation

Dear all,

Is there a way to customize the categories available in Geonode (list of
"available data sets" seen on the first page)?
I tried to use the admin interface to  "Add topic category" and also
disable some categories (Is choice un-selected) but did not see any
changes.
As a quick workaround, should changes be made directly on some of the
installed files (index.html)

Installation was done using the quick install guide.
