Hi Thilo,
not yet. A release date will most likely be discussed at the next PSC meeting.
Until then how about cloning from
-e git+https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode.git@2.10.x#egg=GeoNode <git+https://github.com/GeoNode/geonode.git@2.10.x#egg=GeoNode>
?
