[GeoNode-users] Geonode 2.10 rc1 on Docker - Backup and Restore

Hi All, 
on last year I have installed a Geonode 2.10 rc1 on docker. Now I would to make a backup of inserted data. 
How I can do it? Anyone can give the instructions?
