[GeoNode-users] Developing a Collaborative Platform Using GeoNode

 Excellent proposal.
I can confirm that there are quite a few agencies in the developing world
can benefit from your solution.
For mobile work, there is a consensus that geopackage is the way to go. But
I am unable to say the effort needed to have the Postgres/PostGIS integrate
with it.
