[GeoNode-users] Error in udatelayers

Dear Richard,
the error you get is because you must run the management command by using
the same environment variable set for GeoNode.

Currently the exception you are getting is a side effect of the fact the
the updatelayers command is trying to access a wrong database, the sqlite
default one actually.
