[GeoNode-users] Geonode Rest Role Service

I reinstalled the geoserver and made a connection to the geonode postgis
database (geonode_data). Republished all the data in geoserver and ran the
geonode "./manage_local.sh update layers" to sync the layers in geonode
with the current geoserver.
I may also need to run this command to update your URL's ./manage_local.sh
migrate_baseurl --source-address=http://localhost:8080/geoserver
--target-address=http://domainname/geoserver
