Hi All,

I committed 3 patches to enable feature highlighting in InitialView,
ShortCut and MapFishRecenter.  For the last widget, it is not feature
highlighting per se but it is equivalent (no need to modify the xml file
for that widget.  I also made the recenter minChars configurable and
fixed a couple of layout issues.  Please see details and review :
