[Geoprisma-dev] Nomination for new committer: Alexandre Lessard

Hi devs,

   I would like to nominate Alexandre Lessard as a new 'core' commiter.  
Over the last monts, Alexandre showed lots of interests in the project 
and has always contributed a patch with the ticket he opened, thus 
improving the project.  The primary aim of this is to have one 'core' 
commiter from the Nippour/Solution Globale compagny.  It would help them 
manage their fixes more easily.

   This privilege would come with the responsibility of maintaining and 
fixing issues inserted from the result of a code commit.
