[Geoprisma-dev] Nomination for new committer: Alexandre Lessard

Hi,

As long as Alexandre is willing to accept some committer's guideline I'm 
+1 for this.

We don't have strict guidelines for GeoPrisma, so I'll refer to the 
MapServer committers guidelines. Alexandre, please review the "Legal" 
section of the following document and accept it on this list.
