[geos-devel] AutoConf Files

OK, the autoconf support has been committed.
Remember to do a 'cvs update -dP' ASAP to get the changes, directory 
moves etc.
 From Norman's notes on building:

1)  ./autogen.sh
2)  ./configure
3)  make

At the moment, your reward will be alot of compilation failures, but it 
is a point to start debugging from. I am attaching the diff file Norman 
make which has the "bad" lines commented out. It might serve as a guide 
to what is causing the failures on GNU platforms.
