[geos-devel] Status (Sunday, April 13th)

Overlay has been debugged and now passes all tests correctly. The latest version
has been committed to CVS.

Next to do:
1. Fix the problems with PrecisionModel (change it to value type)
2. Since no one had any objections, remove bounds checking from *At methods in
Coordinate.
3. Bring the GEOS up to date with the latest JTS version (1.3) and add
namespace.

Things left to port:
1. ConvexHull class from 'algorithm'
2. 'operation/buffer' package
3. 'operation/distance' package
