[geos-devel] Status (Sunday, April 28th)

I am in the process of bringing GEOS up to date with the latest JTS version
(1.3). It'll probably take a couple more days to finish.

Next to do:
1. Change all exceptions to classes.

Things left to port:
1. ConvexHull class from 'algorithm'
2. 'operation/distance' package
3. 'operation/buffer' package
