[geos-devel] Exception Issues

Of course I would prefer the solution that didn't require any code changes in
GEOS (e.g. recompiling with some flag or something like this), but so far it
seems that this will be impossible. But barring that, it seems that Ferdinando's
solution would be easiest to implement.

P.S. I am not a big expert on C, so I am not sure if any of the other solutions
is better.
