[geos-devel] Doc for the DE-9IM

Would it be possible to add this to the JTS and GEOS documenation?  The 
order of the 9 components of the DE-9IM matrix is confusing and not 
specified.

The order of the elements of the DE-9IM intersection matrix looks like this:

For A.relate(B)::

                                    B
                   Interior     Boundary    Exterior
     Interior         1st          2nd        3rd
A   Boundary         4th          5th        6th
     Exterior         7th          8th        9th


So "**F******"  means that the Interior of A must not
interact with the Exterior of B.
