[geos-devel] WKBReader Bug Fixed

Folks,

I fixed a bug in the GEOS WKBReader where a WKB
'POLYGON EMPTY' caused an exception and the
exception handler crashed for some reason.   Actually,
I never tracked down why the exception handler was
crashing...
