[geos-devel] [PATCH] Update to makefile.vc for building on Win32 with VC++

Hi,

Is this possible to include this patch to makefile.vc?
strk tried to do it but he got some strange errors - the patch was 
rejected. Honestly, it's quite strange for me and I have no idea what is 
  wrong with this patch.

It was generated using

cvs diff -Nua

I tried to apply it the original makefile.vc in my sandbox and 
everything went fine.
