[geos-devel] Newbie 2.2.3 win32 build question

Hmm...those files are in CVS head.  Maybe the got left out of 2.2.3 by 
mistake?  Not sure how they would be auto-generated, you'd have strip 
out the autoconf info.

Mateusz has some files you could probably use on his website:
