[geos-devel] Newbie 2.2.3 win32 build question

Jeff,

Just checked the build scripts.

platform.in.vc is correctly included in source tarballs for geos 3.0. 
But version.in.vc is not, so I've fixed that.

So this should be fixed now.  Thanks for the headsup.
