FYI
The newer version of the NTS is available at
http://code.google.com/p/nettopologysuite/ (eventhough the development on
this has been at a low end for past one year). I use the same in C#, as to
GEOS in C/C++. Have not made any comparision about performance part of it
yet, but it works well for me.
