[geos-devel] Assertion Failure with VC++ and STRtree:yComparator

Ok - I committed this change since assertion failures in VC++ seem 
unacceptable to me.  However, I am worried by strk's comments so want to 
make sure everyone knows that I've changed it back in case people run 
into problems.
