Good point and no objections from me.

I've assigned myself additionally to Build/Install and Documentation.
I think I'd not mind to get all Core stuff assigned to me, but GEOS core 
is vast and I am not able to cover all of its components.
So, I'd vote for redirecting Core stuff to geos-devel and then we can 
decide on the list who will take care of particular reports.
