Sandro isn't on the PSC, so his vote doesn't count for this RFC.  I  
think he should be, however.  I will motion that in a separate email.   
Additionally, http://trac.osgeo.org/geos/wiki/PSC isn't very clear,  
and I think we should keep this information in the source code instead  
of on a wiki page.  I was looking to find out if Chuck was a  
committer...
