[geos-devel] Repackaging releases

The joys of software release :)
As a packager of geos in fink, I would suggest going to 3.0.2. Using
the -1 -2 -3 series will get confusing at best. Tars that change
make things happen that confuse the packagers, the users, and the
mirroring systems.
