[geos-devel] 3.0.3 To Do

Paul,

The earlier one doesn't add any new files so may be more appropriate.
This one adds a new geostest folder to the msvc80 and geostest to the
solution to add the test that Frank was running using make.vc (that does
the test.wkt compare thing).

Note:  this geostest isn't even in trunk so I'm questioning if we really
want to include it in the geos 3.0 branch. If we do we should include it
in trunk to be consistent.

Since we already have a unit test for VC and the unit test is much
easier to use than the geostest, I question the value of adding this
extra project to the solution.

should I be doing the earlier one?
