As per http://trac.osgeo.org/geos/ticket/259 GEOS finally
uses proper NaN values rather than hand-crafted ones.

The downside of this is that we lost compatibility with
gcc 2.95.2 which didn't have the <limits> header in the 
companion stdlibc++.

The good aspect is closer track of JTS.

Tests with current trunk are highly welcome to early
catch introduced problems.
