 I'm not sure to execute well your prescriptions.

 I try:

 gdb --args ./XMLTester -v --test-valid-output ./tests/testLeaksBig.xml
 .....

 after execution it enter in gdb .
 I type
 bt,
 but it report:
 'no stack'

 To give more information,
 I report also the last part of messages from console..
