 My build of geos was not built using -ffloat-store.  It was built using
 CFLAGS=-O0.  When looking only at the group capi::GEOSisValidDetail test:
 test<3> is:

 {{{
 capi::GEOSisValidDetail: ..NOTICE: ParseException: Expected number but
 encountered word: 'NaN'
 [3=F]...
 }}}
