[geos-devel] [GEOS] #546: polygonize::EdgeRing::ptNotInList bug ?

Actually this code is no longer used in JTS, and should be deprecated.  
It's been refactored into CoordinateArrays (for which there is a unit test).

Even better would be a polygonize test which triggered this failure.  
There isn't such a test case in JTS, however.
