[geos-devel] Possible to link dynamically to GEOS C interface?

Hi

I am having trouble with my dll finding geos_c.dll at runtime - even 
though they're located together!  I wonder if it's possible to link 
dynamically/explicitly to it somehow, then I could specify the right path?

The docs (http://geos.osgeo.org/doxygen/c_iface.html) only seem to 
describe static linking.
