[geos-devel] Is everyone ready for another release?

No one seems to have responded to Sandro's and my note

So I guess that means we are all ready?

If so I'm planning for another some time later today early tomorrow after I
test windows a bit and see if there is any hope there in fixing those issues
I have under windows.

In meantime those who had trouble compiling from tar, can you please try the
latest snapshot from here
