That's where I asked if it's possible to port OSSIM to the (recommended) C-API.
From a quick look only oms/coms/src/oms/DataInfo.cpp and
ossim/src/ossim/base/ossimPolyArea2d.cpp use GEOS.

But I see the precision model there...
