This is a great idea. Asking them to donate build services would be
a good start.

I don't know how easy it would be to setup Jenkins slave (I think I
asked in the past) nor I know if they can be for testing on
FreeBSD/OpenBSD/Hurd/Solaris/etc.

For Drone setting up a slave is pretty much running a docker container,
but that implies having a single setup being tested. But on the other hand
a (set of) drone slaves would be up to run/test any project (and PR)
registered on Gogs/OSGeo.

Having them provide my beloved and missed Buildbot would be even better !
