[geos-devel] GEOS 3.7.0rc1 release

I believe there is a POSIX spec for sed.  So the right thing in sed use is to depend on only what POSIX requires.  Which could be avoiding sed :-)

I can see if I can fix the regexp ; what it's doing isn't that complicated.

Can you explain the extra []?
