[geos-devel] Planning to release an RC2 later in week or over weekend

If anyone has an issue with me releasing an RC2 release let me know.

I'm hoping that will be the last RC we need to release before we do the
final 3.7.0 release.

Only thing left I want to wrap up before I do is to deal with this one:

If I can't find a solution before then, I'm just going to remove this test
from 3.7.0 and we can revisit in 3.8.0.
I suspect it's probably been there for a while and only came up because I
put in place FreeBSD testing.
