[geos-devel] 3.7.1 Release

Hi all, 
I’m about to push out a 3.7.1 patch release, if you have any immediate need to delay that release, please reply here ASAP, otherwise expect to see a release at the end of today, west coast NA.
(Sorry for the short timeline, but I have some vacation/travel stuff coming that will otherwise slow the release a good deal and we need a quick release to support an upcoming OSGeo live release.)
