[geos-devel] GEOS content

Hello,

I would like to access to the Doxygen GEOS API but it is not working. A ticket has been opened : https://trac.osgeo.org/geos/ticket/1108.
Can it be fixed quickly please ? Or is there any generated documentation available elsewhere ?

Since the documentation is currently unavailable, I would like to be sure of the content of GEOS library.
Could you please tell me if the library contains these 3 geometric calculations :

-          Polygon union

-          Bounding circle

-          Polygon offset
