[geos-devel] (Fewer) CI Tables

We've got big master CI tables on the trac, in the web site (that duplication will go away with RFC 10) and also in all the branch README files.

I'd like to propose stripping the README badges just down to the branch of interest (so main would have main badges only, 3.10 would have 3.10 badges only, etc), and keeping just the one master table in the web site. Seems silly to have a big master CI table in 3.9 that includes 3.8, 3.7, etc.
