Oh right, yes GDAL. It mostly buys a fix for MSVC Ninja build
messages, which wasn't fixed to my knowledge.

Understandable, as it is the 11th hour. I have a PR to consider for
GEOS 3.13, otherwise it can wait to be merged for the next dev phase:
