[Geotiff] wtif, wtf files

I really means twf wordfile yes. Sorry my missunderstood.

I am a linux user and java or a C++ programm could be better thant win32 
softwares.

Btw, I didn't find out the software you told me. Could you send me the 
link or all the link related to generate world files ?
