[Geotiff] Note useful tool supporting Geotiff

Hello, everyone,

I came across a useful tool recently called 'GeoJasper' - which is a
command-line and GUI utility based on the JasPer library, supporting various
geospatial formats, including Geotiff, GeoJP2, among others. It has several
useful functions, listed on the following page.:

It appears to function with several familiar functions from available format
utilities, incorporated into one interface. This may come in useful for
anyone who requests tools similar to this, as has been requested in previous
messages to the list. I'd like to suggest including a link to this tool in
the FAQ or utilities section of the Geotiff pages, so that it's there as an
option to everyone - and if it's deemed appropriate. Support for nearly all
of the current OS models are available, including Windows 32, Linux RedHat
9 & x86, Mac OS X, and Sparc Solaris 8.
